Field Crew Lead/Supervisor

Summary
The Remediation Field Supervisor position works with and oversees all other members of the Production teams, including
physically performing mold remediation by following the American Mold Experts Mold Remediation Protocol. This position
sets up and maintains the process and flow of each job, works with and supervises the Mold Remediation Assistants and
Crew Leader in the actual remediation, completes the required work order and other paperwork for each job, and is the
sole contact in communicating with the client while on site. This position reports to the Regional Manager and/or
Management Team.
Requirements
Previous team leader experience
Must be able to work the hours needed for remediation, usually between the hours M-F 7a-5p but in rare cases OT may be required or weekends
This position requires physical work (sometimes in hot, cold, or dirty conditions) in all parts of a building’s structure
including attics and crawlspaces.
This position requires the lifting and/or moving of heavy objects at times.
Must be polite and maintain a neat, clean appearance as we do work in people’s homes and businesses.
Must possess excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with our clients and other members of
the Production Team.
Must possess good communication, organizational, and thinking skills to lead the mold remediation crews in
timely, efficient, and effective completion of the American Mold Experts Mold Remediation Protocol on each
assigned job.
Must have a clean driving record and background check.
Responsibilities
Represent our company so that the American Mold Experts image is enhanced in the eyes of all customers at all
times and to promote outstanding service.
Supervise and work with other members of the Production Team to ensure the best quality service at each mold
remediation.
Ensure that the AME Mold Remediation Protocol is being followed on each assigned job.
Review, follow, and complete the written work order or other paperwork for each assigned job.
Train new remediation employees, monitor their work performance, and report comments and/or
recommendations to Operations Manager for their 90-day and annual reviews.
Assign and/or help in assigning crew leaders & members to daily jobs.
Communicate with other crew leader(s) regarding progress, issues, etc. on their assigned jobs.
Communicate the need and/or appropriate info. regarding job change orders to the Operations Manager.
Communicate with the Operations Manager and Office Manager daily on updates and progress of jobs.
Maintain assigned uniforms and safety equipment (i.e. respirator) in a clean and working condition.
Operate, maintain, and clean foggers, sprayers, tools, and other equipment used at each job.
Monitor use & inventory of product and report to Operations Manager any issues or when supply is low.
Monitor use & inventory of remediation supplies and report to Operations Manager any issues or when supplies
are needed.
Maintain and keep clean the company service vehicle(s) to company standards.
Keep service vehicles stocked with the necessary materials and equipment to perform jobs.
Communicate with the Operations Manager and/or management team on jobs, customer service issues, inventory,
maintenance issues, etc.
Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager or management team.

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
